Mr. Robert Ooi started his working life as a lecturer (back in 1975). He has lectured in leading colleges in Kuala Lumpur and later in Penang. Since 1982, he started giving courses on personal development and motivation to uniformed organizations, youth groups, schools, various companies and members of the public. He has held numerous leadership positions in youth organizations over the years.

Besides that, he is an active volunteer in a few NGOs. He is also persuing his Advanced Communicator Certification from Toastmasters International. He is selling actively on the internet (including eBay). On top of that he is expected to perform tasks expected of a husband as well as a father.

In this process, he has accumulated some experiences and methods which he strongly feels should be shared.
